WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Invisible Gold agrees to design and develop a website for the customer in a timely manner.
The Customer Agrees:
1. Not to sue Invisible Gold just because the appearance, function or time it takes to complete their website is not what the customer expected. Invisible Gold will make every reasonable effort to meet and exceed the customer's expectations, however this just can't be guaranteed.
2. Not to put anything illegal or pornographic on their website.
3. That the site does not go "live" or online until the agreed upon fees are paid.
