To use IFS 3.0 (available on the downloads page) click on image and select animation. Then enter the starting and ending transformation for your animation along with the number of frames. IFS 3.0 then transforms the starting to the ending image uniformly in a series of bmp images which you can then convert to an animated series of GIF images. I use GIF Construction Kit from Alchemy Mindworks. This is a pretty cheap and easy to use program. Although if you know of any other animation programs I would like to know about them.
