THE TEMPO STAFFING STORY
The parent company, OTR Management Inc., was incorporated in October 1995 and began doing business as TEMPO STAFFING in January 1996. The company was began by Ernest & Joyce Pemberton, who had many years in management of various sized firms involved in glass manufacturing, machinery manufacturing and realestate both public and private. They started the company as a franchise of a large international staffing organziation but in 1999 bought the franchise and became independent. They have one loaction in Hartford, CT at 780-A Windsor Street. The internal staff at your service consists of Service Coordinators, Staffing Consultants and a General Manager. It is the goal of Tempo Staffing to provide staffing needs in the light industrial and clerical areas to the business and governmental segments within the greater Hartford region.
